Ban Bob Marley ?.. Ban TV Series and Ads?

Well .. the domino effects are currently taking place where the banning of edited Dancehall explicit lyrics from radio and television is concerned. Some of the dominoes in the pack are music from the Great Bob Marley himself. There are reports indicating that the Bob Marley's songs that include lyrics such "I shot the Sheriff" and "I feel like Bombing a Church" are likely to be banned.
So not even Bob escapes the chopping block... no response yet from the gong camp as to their views on the consequences of the ban.

But wait, the dominoes are still falling... local televisions stations may feel the pinch as well. According to one news letter, Drama series on television that sometime contain bleeps to cover explicit content should be chopped from the airwaves. Television Ads that also contain any explicit materials as well should be castrated from the airwaves. Local plays are known to have what are described as brawling behavior and may have strong suggestive sexual content that falls in the category of those to be cut... No Shebada thing on TV...
Street Dances and any sessions deemed to affecting the public more or less in the same manner as the all the other explicit material expressed will also be considered for dismantling.

Internet sites ...yes..was also mentioned to be quite explicit and very much one of the main source for material worthy to be banned...
Bwoy ..dem a ban everything.. them soon ban dem mumma.. lol

Sorry to hear abut the potential casualty of the great Bob tunes on Jamaican radio that one would be unfortunate indeed.
..but as far as the Internet thing is concerned that one for sure will fall right flat on its face. They cant touch Internet sites .. as this is not in their domain.. dem mussie ..mad JMD tuh de wurl...
